1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.
📦 Orders are shipped from our WHO-GMP & FSSAI-certified facility.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed the same day.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.

🛠 If an item is out of stock or there’s a delay, we will inform you via email or phone.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

🚚 You will receive tracking details via SMS/email once your order is shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹999

• Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services such as Delivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and secure delivery.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet the delivery timelines, there may be delays due to:

• Unforeseen logistics disruptions

• Natural calamities or weather conditions

• Public holidays or strikes

• Remote or restricted delivery zones

We will proactively update you in case of any such delays.

7. Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

• Incomplete or incorrect address

• Unreachable phone number

• Repeated refusal to accept delivery

➡️ The product will be returned to our facility. Re-delivery may require additional charges.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll share:

• Courier partner name

• Tracking number

• Tracking link (via SMS/email)
