At VyTAMN, we aim to deliver the highest quality nutrition products with complete transparency and customer care. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order if:

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

  • How to Cancel: Email us at connect@vytamn.com or WhatsApp at +91 90281 18982 with your Order ID.

✅ Full refund will be initiated if the order is cancelled before dispatch.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of nutritional products, we only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

a) Damaged or Defective Products

If the product delivered is:

  • Physically damaged

  • Leaking or broken seal

  • Expired or different from what you ordered

b) Refund or Replacement

Once we verify the issue, you can choose:

  • A replacement at no additional cost

  • A full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days)

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Orders placed by mistake (after dispatch)

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product integrity

4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days

  • Credited to the original mode of payment

Please note: Refund timelines may vary based on your bank/payment provider.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by VyTAMN (e.g. damaged, wrong item).

  • If a return is accepted, we will coordinate the reverse pickup or advise further steps.
