• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 working days.

• Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and external factors. Delivery delays do not entitle you to cancel the order once it has been shipped.

• Due to the consumable nature of our product, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, tampered with, or incorrect.

• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos, via email to connect@vytamn.com.

• Refunds or replacements will be processed after evaluation.

• Pricing may change without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
